Amflo 15-296 Medium Round Molded Rubber Plug-N-Patch Tire Repair is a tire repair kit that can be used to repair nail hole injuries in the crown or side wall of tires. The kit includes a molded in straight pin, which makes it easy to insert the repair unit into the tire. The repair unit is cemented on the inside of the tire and pushed through the injury hole, which should be drilled out with a taper drill. The metal quill or pin is pulled with a pliers until the repair unit seats. The Plug-N-Patch is then stitched down from the inside and excess plug rubber is cut off so that it is flush with the tread or side wall. This kit comes in a box of 20.
